Now, we’re starting a new chapter — in a new home at another landmark: the historic Smith Tower.
You’re invited to an Open House & Office Warming Celebration on Thursday, October 2nd, 5:00–7:00 PM. Join us on the 22nd Floor Lounge for appetizers, a hosted bar, and breathtaking views from the terrace. For the first hour, we’ll also be offering tours of our new offices on the 6th floor.
This special evening also coincides with the First Thursday Pioneer Square Art Walk — a vibrant monthly neighborhood tradition. Come raise a glass with us, then step out into Pioneer Square to explore art, dining, and more art right outside our door.
Smith Tower sits at the heart of the region’s transportation hub — steps from light rail, bus lines, ferries, streetcar, Sounder, and even Amtrak. We can’t wait to welcome you into this beautiful new home for our coalition of agencies, labor, business, workers, riders, and advocates.
