Congestion Pricing
In 2018, the City of Seattle announced plans to develop a strategy aimed at reducing congestion and pollution by pricing downtown roads. TCC is working to ensure the policy does not disproportionately harm low-income people by bringing community-based organizations into the early stages of the planning process and collaborating on a national level to inform possible policies and programs.
