Washington’s 2022 legislative session is now under way and it’s time for legislators to pass a transformative transportation package that deeply invests in transit service and addresses climate, social, and economic justice.
Next Friday, February 4, is Transit Equity Day, a day to “educate, agitate, organize, and recognize transit equity as a civil right.” In celebration we’re hosting a Transit Equity Day Action Hour, a chance to take action together for the transportation investments we want to see. Join us online next Friday from 11:30am-12:30pm to send letters to legislators and organize our friends, colleagues, and communities to do the same.
