Join us for a lunchtime forum and discussion on coal’s effect on passenger rail. We’ll have a panel of experts provide an overview of the issues and challenges. Our panelists include:
- Ross Macfarlane, Senior Advisor - Business Partnerships, Climate Solutions;
- Floyd McKay, Crosscut writer and emeritus professor of journalism, Western Washington University; and
- Bruce Agnew, Director of the Cascadia Center at the Discovery Institute
