Mike Harbour
Mike is the general manager of Olympia-based Intercity Transit.

Born in Mississippi and raised in Mobile, Alabama, Mike has spent more than two decades managing transit agencies across the country. He is currently the General Manager of Intercity Transit in Olympia. He has served as president of the Washington State Transit Association, on the Washington State Agency Council on Coordinated Transportation, and on the Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) Task Force and the CTR Board. Intercity Transit was named the winner of the APTA Outstanding Public Transportation system award in 2009. He enjoys hiking, wrecking bicycles, reading, cooking, and going to movies.
