Mike Cooper is former the Mayor of Edmonds. Prior to this, he served on the Snohomish County Council chairing the County Council in 2009 and representing the council on the Community Transit Board, Puget Sound Clean Air Agency Board, and the Puget Sound Regional Council Transportation Policy Committee. Mike served 4 terms in the state House of Representatives. Mike Cooper has been on the TCC Board since and is a past President.
