Brian Painley is currently the Global Strategic Sales Director for CH2M HILL’s Transportation Business Group. His previous role was West Region Business Development Director for Transportation for CH2M HILL. In that role he served as Community and Government advocate for transportation improvements on the West Coast. For the past 16 years, he has been actively involved in improving legislation for alternative project delivery, public private partnerships and alternative funding sources for transportation and energy. He has also been engaged in numerous funding campaigns for transit enhancements including all Sound Transit measures here in Washington. Brian is active in the Pacific Northwest Economic Region; National Association of Regional Councils and America 2050. He has been an active TCC Board Member since 2010.
